- Launch the AnyDesk app and copy the address into the ticket.
- Connect with Any Desk remote control, or use a password for unattended access remote support.
Installation & Activation
Windows can run portable or installed. macOS needs Screen Recording and Accessibility. Apply the license key in settings after purchase so the workflow can use Any Desk at scale.
Remote Connection Troubleshooting
Check internet, firewall rules, matching versions, and the ready status icon before moving the ticket back to Connect.
Remote Desktop Issues
Change hardware acceleration for black screens. Confirm audio transmit and playback during the Resolve stage.
